At Trifour Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gear within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unused condition with all factory packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original bike box or packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
